As my DM wont let it work in a no mana zone/antimagic shell. Is there a feat that allows bonuses to AC if you convert a spell level? How do I get to the SRD site. Thankyou

As my DM wont let it work in a no mana zone/antimagic shell.Arcane Strike is not stopped by SR, any more than a weapon enhancement is. However, it certainly requires that you expend a spell slot to gain the bonuses, so it's quite reasonable to rule it cannot be used in areas where you can't use magic. How do I get to the SRD site.I use this site most of the time. http://www.d20srd.org/ The maintainer keeps it up to date, incorporating errata that change the relevant text.
