Alright in the PHB 3.5 it says barbarians can't use DEX based skills save for balance, escape artist, and ride while in the state of rage.

Has any errata come out on this matter at all since the publication of the PHB 3.5?

Someone in another thread I dug from a year ago thinks barbarians can tumble while raging, and I recall reading I think on a WoTC page that they could use hide and move silent while in a rage.

Has anyone seen anything that supercedes the PHB on the matter of Rage and DEX based skillz.

I'm pretty sure the PHB rule still stands.

Move silently and rage? Not really compatible - don't remember any errata

No, see what you do is, you tear off their legs and then shove them in their ears. That way, they can't hear you, and you sneak past. :D

This right here is the Urban Class varient dooby wizards posted a while back: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/we/20070228a

Check Ferocity for the Barbarian that is quick and strong instead of tough and strong - woo for Adrenalin Rush!

Looks like an interesting variant. I'll have to try it out sometime.

Apparently dex based skills are useable in ferocity, since it specifies no int and cha.

Has anyone looked at the variant from dragon magazine: "resiliant rage"?

It gives bonuses to both CON and DEX, but not strength.

Looks interesting for someone who wants beefy defenses.

I'm curious to see if it follows the no dex, int, and cha from the original rage, or no int and cha from the ferocity, or something different for the skills.
