No. Bling-fight only returns your Dex for the invisible attack. If you are also flat-footed for another reason you still lose your Dex.

Do you have to be aware of the invisible monster to keep your dex?

for my defence my left hand is broken
But i find it funny any way

I think it depends when the attack happens. If it is at the begining of combat, your being unaware will cause you to be flatfooted. Without uncanny dodge, your Dex is gone again. If, however an invisible opponent attacks you after you have taken your first initiative action, your blindfight kicks in.

should you not be flatt-footed against new opponent you are not aware?
is it the same thing be unaware during fight or before fight?

Barring certain feats and class abilities, you can only be caught flat-footed at the start of combat. Otherwise it's just losing your Dex. In the case of an invisible attacker, blind-fight lets you retain your Dex.

is it the same thing be unaware during fight or before fight? Blind fight doesn't make you aware of an invisible opponent, but somehow the feat still lets you keep your Dex bonus. That's all you need to know for the feat to work. It seems that an ability like this would depend on needing to actually sense the invisible opponent and that it would extend to being able to otherwise sense hidden opponents. But it just doesn't work that way.

If you need a mechanism to explain it, imagine it's something like the Gun-Kata technique in the movie Equilibrium. The Blind-Fighter is just trained to move and strike where unseen opponents are likely to be and fights that way at all times.
