Raspen 05-28-07, 02:13 AM	Just trying to clear something up. In the BoVD their is a feat called boost spell-like ability. What I need to know is if it works for ALL of a warlocs invocations? Asking because it seems very powerfull compared to ability focus.
Captain_Kobold 05-28-07, 09:34 AM	Yes, it should work for any of the warlocks invocations that give a saving throw. But only three times per day for each invocation. Compared to ability focus, which only affects one invocation, but works every single time that you use it, it doesn't seem too powerful. Most warlocks only have a few offensive abilities with save DCs, and they use them repeatedly, many more than three times each day.
runestar 05-28-07, 09:48 AM	Asking because it seems very powerfull compared to ability focus. You can apply ability focus to the warlock's eldritch blast, and it will improve the dc of any invocation which you apply to your EB.:) Boost SLA seems a tad more limiting in that aspect...:(
