07-07-07, 08:49 PM is there a feat(and i think not) would this be a bad feat
that lets you threaten with a bow. bassically i want to use a bow as a melee weapon. i dont want to hit with it like a club i want it to count as one. i want to threaten spaces make AoO not provoke AoO and use feats like leap attack and raptor school with a bow. i know it sounds like alot but it could be possible. thing with that is the only reality of is weapon supremacy.

07-08-07, 12:17 AM elvencraft bows (from Races of the Wild) allow you to do exactly that, and with the mere cost of a few hundred GP.

07-08-07, 02:32 PM I'm not aware of any feats, but the Arrow Mind spell (Sor/Wiz/Ranger 1) temporarily allows you to threaten with a bow, and fire while in melee without provoking attacks of opportunity.

07-08-07, 02:43 PM A few Dragons back there was a feat in the Class Acts section called 'Ranged Threat', so I assume it could do what you want. Maybe you could ask over on the Paizo boards which issue it was and see if a friend has a copy.

07-08-07, 11:00 PM cool thanks everyone. ive decided to use a big hammer. im just gonna keep it simple and be a strict fighter with a hammer. i like that spell though. and i may have a feat i created for the delima.

no name
pre req dunno probably weap foc bow, BA+6(something),wis 13

the use of this feat allows three tactical maneuvers.

no name:as a full round action you may designate up to 5 squares within line of sight none of which can be 30 feet apart or 30 feet away. you threaten these squares until the end of your next turn. you may make a charge at any one of these squares attacking with your bow. all normal rules for charge and no extra AoO Just for the feet but combat ref stacks.

no name:same as raptor schools second ability you bluff with base attack and theyre flatfooted.

no name:same as raptor schools third ability you spend up to 3 rounds observing and gain a bonus on attack and damage rolls = 2x the rounds.
