Dark Prince Illazar 03-07-07, 08:48 PM	I was wondering what skill brewing is is it its own craft skill or is it a alchemy i have had many players wanting to make thier own so i was wanting to get some info i have one player who is also wanting to make ale that offers pluses like aids healing , or simaler affects as endure elaments and othe simbler thing i was thinking that these would have to be a alchemical bounse so they would have to be made useing alchemy if not brewing and alchemy checks let me know what you think.
cwslyclgh 03-07-07, 08:53 PM	well since you have to be a spellcaster to take ranks in alchemy... and there are master brewers in the world that are not spellcasters... it would seem to me that alchemy would not be the skill used in brewing ale... I would use a craft skill, craft (Brewing) maybe.
DeathXI 03-08-07, 11:50 AM	considering if you look in the PHB, brewer is listed right under profession as one of the examples...Wouldn't it make more sense to have it stay there?
