Ah yes, now this is a debate I've been having in my head for too long now only because a Bbn/FB has so few and precious feats.

For Frenzied, Brutal Strike seems the obvious choice especially once you gain Supreme Power Attack more than quadrupling the save DC but BS is only usable once per round (not necessarily a bad thing as it can lead to tremendous save DCs) while Three Mountains can be done multiple times per round (up to 3 if you are acting under a frenzy and have a speed weapon) affecting up to 3 different targets and potentially denying them all their upcoming actions!

Being that I currently cannot seem to squeeze in both feats due to my re-discovery of Awesome Blow + Knockback anyone have current experience using either BS or 3-Mnts. to give their opinion on which they've liked best?

Thanks in advance!

By my reading of Three Mountains:
While you can use it more than one in a round, it should effectively only work on a single creature once per round. It does not say that either the striking or the nauseous stacks. I.E. I think if you strike someone 4 times in a round, they don't even have to make a 2nd save. And if you house ruled that they DID have to make a second save, if they failed both saves, they would still only be nasueated for one round, not two.

But you can still do it to three different creatures, which is nice.

That said, sickened is a fairly weak condition. I would MUCH rather be making people nauseated than merely sickening them

I would go for Three Mountain, not Brutal Strike

I agree with you on all 3 points and did intend to use the ability on 3 different targets should the first target(s) fail their save.

But I wanted to ask the community in the event they have used either feat and were un-/happy with what was accomplished.

Thanks again. :tiphat:

How do you get off attacks on three different enemies in one turn? I know that frenzy will give one more attack but isn't that on the same enemy?

You can switch targets while full attacking. They don't all have to go to the same person.

4 attacks per round at BAB +16, 1 more for frenzied and then 1 more for a speed weapon unless I am mistaken although the speed enchantment does say it grants one extra attack which is not cumulative with similar benefits, so...maybe not! :gel:

Time to look that up!
