Well, I'm not sure about the exact wording of that feat, but I would imagine it should count for "Ranged Spell" specific feats, such as Weapon Focus (Ranged Spell), and Improved Critical (Ranged Spell).

Check Complete Arcane's feat chapter for a rundown of how feats interact with spells or spell-like abilities.

I don't have the book with me, so I can't say for sure what kind of ability the Reserve feat grants, I just know what it "does".

The problem being that Reserve feats are Supernatural abilities, not Spell-Like, and there is no comparable ruling regarding them because of that. I would allow it, given the opportunity, classifying them as 'ranged supernatural abilities' or some such (as I conceive of Supernatural abilities as sufficiently different from spells ans spell-like abilities to warrant a seperate feat), meaning that any other Reserve feat requiring a ranged attack roll would also benefit (just as 'ranged spell' benefits all spells, as well as spell-like abilities requiring a ranged attack roll)

In summary, the RAW makes no mention of the matter that I am aware of, but I see no reason to disallow it. (and similar situations have rulings allowing the benefit)

Weapon Focus (ray) exists. But not Ranged spell (though same thing I think).

I am pretty sure any ranged touch attack is effectively a ray.

It is the same thing, Complete Arcane sort of renames Weapon Focus (Ray) to apply to any spell that requires an attack roll at range even if it technically isn't a Ray (like an orb).
