Can you Power Attack with certain Finessable weapons ? [Archive] - Wizards Community

10-21-07, 07:48 AM You cannot Power Attack with light weapons, that's fine by me, but can Power Attack with one-handed finessable weapons (rapier, whip) and two-handed finessable weapons (spiked chain, elven courtblade [RotW]) ?

10-21-07, 08:11 AM Yes. Power attack limitations apply only to light weapons, and whether a weapon can be finessed or not is not necessarily linked to whether it is light.

So you can PA with a rapier or spiked chain.:)
