06-16-07, 03:41 PM In the PHB II the added a new kind of feat, Ceremony Feats. There are two from that book, Ritual Blessing and Ritual Blood Bonds.

Now niether of these feats are "OMG THATS AWESOME!!" but I think that they are interesting and usful. But I am confused why they release feats like these and then when releasing a new book, CC, that I think would be perfect for new ones they dont add more when it would seem to be the perfect place.

Any one else have ideas or feelings about this.
