The monk could use a little extra oomph in the ranged department, so, here it is. And I used the PEACH thingy, oooh, first time, I'll bet this gets ripped to shreds.

Charged Ki Blast
As your mastery over the force know as ki grows, so too does your ability to channel it into your opponents face.

Prerequisites: Everything for Ki orb (is it OGL? I dunno...) Plus BAB 10

For each extra stunning fist attempt you expend, you add another 1d6 dice of damage to the ki orb attack, but you can never add more dice than your Wisdom modifier.

The range increment increases to eighty feet as well. Other than the stated above, this feat performs exactly as Ki blast does.

When you take this feat, you gain an additional daily use of stunning fist.

Well, there you go. Like it? Hate it? Wanna tweak it? Go nuts.

Need a little clean up first and a few changes:P

Charged Ki Blast
As your mastery over the force know as ki grows, so too does your ability to channel it into your opponents face.
Prerequisites: Dex 13, Wis 15, Fiery Fist, Ki Blast, Improved Unarmed Strike, Stunning Fist, BAB 10.
Benefit: The range of your Ki Blast increases to eighty feet.
For each extra stunning fist attempt you expend, you add another 1d6 dice of damage to the ki orb attack, but you can never add more dice than your Wisdom modifier.
Other than the stated above, this feat performs exactly as Ki blast does.
Special: A fighter can select Charged Ki Blast as one of his fighter bonus feat. A monk can select Charged Ki Blast as long as she possesses the Ki Blast feat and a Base Attack Bonus of +8 (other prerequisites can be ignored)

The changed prerequisites make it easier for monks to take it, but harder for non-monks to take it. Also the Ki Blast do not have a range increment only a range (very big difference).

I came up with (and then abandoned) a similar idea. I never worked out the prerequisites (beyond the obvious "everything that having Ki Blast requires"), but my benefit was this:
3d6 + Wis modifier damage (costing two Stunning Fist uses), plus 1d8 + Wis modifier damage for every Stunning Fist attempt additionally sacrificed. Every additional (beyond the first two) Stunning Fist attempt used up requires an additional move action of charging up (you must still throw the ki orb after your last move action of charging, though).
Your range increment does not change. Finally, you may use up to your Wis modifier number of additional Stunning Fist attempts as normal, but this makes you fatigued. Using up to twice your Wis modifier number of additional Stunning Fist attempts imposes exhaustion. You may not exceed this number. Both the fatigue and exhaustion effects last a number of rounds equal to the total (including the first two) Stunning Fist attempts you used. You may not fire another Charged Ki Blast while exhausted. You may fire another Charged Ki Blast while fatigued, but you may only allocate a number of Stunning Fist attempts up to your Wis modifier (which would make you exhausted).
Any ideas, tweaks, clarifications, etc.?
