The feat Cleave allows you to attack another creature after a kill shot, but doesn't allow a 5' step to do another attack. I thought I saw another feat that would allow a 5' step between Cleaves, but I can't find it. Anyone seen anything?

no such feat improved cleave in PHB...

what OP is thinking of is supreme cleave.... it is a class ability that lets you take a 5ft step between cleave attempts... examples of this would be the frenzied berserker and knight protector

Great Cleave = more than one cleave per round
Supreme Cleave = taking a single 5ft step between cleaves

There was no attitude; I was simply pointing out that if you don't know something, don't post as if you did. Look it up first if you're not sure, or at least include a caveat saying that you're not sure.

There is no, and IIRC never has been, an Improved Cleave. He also answered the OP's question incorrectly; Great Cleave was not the answer, Supreme Cleave was.

So that's two errors in a single post that is one sentence long. Forgive me if I find that objectionable.

Absolutely no attitude involved.
There are hardly any "natural laws" in the naming/developement of feats/feat chains, so it is perfectly correct to point it out as Jax did: if you don't know the feat/mechanism in question, just don't presume to deduct its' function from other feats/mechanisms. Have fun! :D
