Do these two stack? Can you take -9 to your attack(-5 from CR, -4 from defensive) for a +7 AC(+5 from CR, +2 from defensive)? It sounds like they stack, since the text for combat reflexes reads: "When you use the attack action or the full attack action in melee", and defensive fighting falls under the 'Attack' action in combat.

This is very nice if so. Mind you you lose 9 attack, but you could gain up to +11 AC(7 from above, 1 from 'cautious' trait, 2 from two weapon defence, 1 from tumble synergy.)

Yes, this is allowed. Combat expertise penalties/AC bonuses stack with defensive fighting.

Fighting Defensively as a Standard Action: You can choose to fight defensively when attacking. If you do so, you take a -4 penalty on all attacks in a round to gain a +2 dodge bonus to AC for the same round. This bonus stacks with the AC bonus granted by the Combat Expertise feat (page 92).Surprisingly, this last sentence was left out of the SRD, which adds to some confusion about the subject.

If have have 5+ ranks in tumble you can add an additional +1 to fighting defensively as well. And all stacks with the Dodge Feat (+1)
