Is there a way in the rules to attempt concealing one's trail, making it harder to track him with the Track feat? I thought there were rules for it in the Track feat or Survival skill, but cannot seem to locate it. Any ideas where else I might look?

It is indeed in the Track feat description, at the bottom of the modifiers table.

Tracked party hides trail (and moves at half speed) +5

I'm pretty sure there was something in one of the Complete books....maybe Adventurer or Scoundrel.

I'd go check my self right now, except that my wife is asleep w/ her feet on my lap.

Who knew that Thog had a tender heart beneath his warty, muscle-bound flesh?

Anyway, thanks for pointing out my blindness... :D
