The maneuver Knee Striker from the tactical feat Confound the Big Folk (Races of the Wild) let you move into a square occupied by a foe. It says, on the next round, the foe is automatically considered flat-footed against your attacks.
So my question is, what happens on subsequent rounds? Does the enemy is still flat footed until I move from below him or do I need to move out and in again to gain the benefit of the maneuver another time?

Thanks.

Egres is correct. The feat clearly indicates you must move into the square as part of gaining its benefits. The benefits are specified to occur on the next round. If you stay under the enemy you no longer fulfill the prerequisite condition for gaining the bonus in the following round.

Nope.

I belive thats how the feat was intended.

You rush in, momentarly confusing the larger foe and putting him off balance... hence his being Flat Footed. In a Moment tho, he regains his composure and figures out a way to swat you.

Ok, it is the way I think it was.
