Does anyone know what book this feat is in? I think its probably in a Forgotten Realms book somewhere. I just heard about it recently its supposed be something like:

Prereqs: None
Benefit: Choose a skill not on your list of class skills. That skill is always considered a class skill for you and you get a +2 circumstance bonus on skill checks with that skill.

Can anyone verify its existence and possibly point me to the book its in? Thanks in advance.

However, that feat has changed in 3.5. Now it gives you a bonus to social skills and such.....not as powerful but I'd still take it.

It's funny that regional feats in FR were "powered up" to make them more attractive choices, but now people have even less of a reason to take Cosmopolitan.

A +2 bonus to three social skills? I might as well play a half-elf. Gimme the new class skill any day.

REALLY?! It was changed? Ack! That's terrible. What are the bonuses to now? Diplomacy, Gather Information, and Bluff? Ugh. Yeah, houserules are in order.

PS: Is what I have above what the feat actually used to be?

Yes, it used to be like what you orignially had. It was horribly broken, and I'm actually glad they changed it.
