Arturius1 03-19-07, 11:57 PM	Does such a feat exist? And if so, what book? I haven't seen it in the ELH or anywhere outside of Deities & Demigods. Could someone offer some assistance with this?
Palomides 03-20-07, 12:38 AM	No there is no feat for it. As it says here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/artifacts.htm#minorArtifacts) "they are magic items that no longer can be created, at least by common mortal means."

Major Artifacts Major artifacts are unique items—only one of each such item exists. These are the most potent of magic items, capable of altering the balance of a campaign. Minor Artifacts Minor artifacts are not necessarily unique items, but rather magic items that no longer can be made by common mortal means—even by the hands of epic creators. Such items have no established market price. Below is a selection of known minor artifacts. (From the ELH) Most artifacts have divine creators/users; the rules regarding their creation are left to the DM and are best summarized as: "Don't go too crazy now, y'hear?"
