craft construct feat? [Archive] - Wizards Community

03-25-07, 04:27 PM what constructs can i craft the only one i see the stats to build is the psion killer xph. are ther any rules or other constructs that i can build using this feat

03-25-07, 04:31 PM Every construct in the game that can be built (as opposed to generated by DM/divine fiat, of which I think there are a couple near-epic ones) lists its cost and prerequisites at the end of its description. Check any monster manual for examples.

There is also the guardian familiars from Complete Warrior, I think.

There is some other like the Carratid Column (not sure of spelling).

I look into that last night, but since my pc is a specialist and I cut myself from Enchantment spells, I cannot do construct,aside the need of a skill like craft(sculpting) or any other depending of the construct. :(

03-26-07, 07:30 AM Craft Construct is good for golems.

for everything else, there's craft Effigy (See Effigy master in Comp. Arcane).

03-26-07, 08:34 AM Remember, just like item creation, you can get another caster to help you with specific spells. This helps immensely for golems and constructs that require high level divine and arcane spells.

03-26-07, 08:44 AM Got a question for you: if not all constructs can be crafted, who crafted the others, and why can't they be crafted? Specifically weaker ones like automatons.
