Does anyone know if there is a feat, or magic enchantment that will increase the critical damage I would do with a weapon?

For example, If I had a scythe, and I had improved critical with would be a 19-20/x4 weapon, now is there a possible way to increase the x4 to something more devastating?

Well, in the Miniature's Handbook, there was a weapon property called Maiming which was a +1 enhancement. It effectively allows you to roll 1d8 with a x4 weapon and make that the new critical multiplier for the crit. Be wary, it could lead to a 1-3 multiplier, though there is a slightly better chance that it ends up x4 or higher.
However, this book has been deemed '3.25' and could mean that some DMs would not allow it.

Any Burst weapons (Flaming Burst, etc.) will give you up to 3d10 extra energy damage for a +2 bonus.

So if you rolled an 8 the crit multiplier would be x8 for that weapon? That's pretty insane. And does it change on each crit?

Yep, it would be a x8 weapon, and yes it changes on every crit.

ohh ok, trying to maximize my half-orc strength based paladin of slaughter, with his scythe he already does 17 damage base, but if it's a crit he does 68 base damage at level 5, lol.

Maiming was reprinted and changed in the Magic Item Compendium. It now does extra d6's of damage based on the crit multiplier instead of chaning the multiplier.
