Hi, I've heard some pretty nifty things about the Daring Outlaw feat, but do not have the book myself. AFAIK, it also synergizes swashbuckler and rogue levels for the purpose of the dodge feature. However, PHB II introduced a variant of that same feature - shield of blades, iirc, which gives you bonus AC when fighting with 2 weapons. Now, this can definitely be useful in a build with sneak attack.

My question is this: does the Daring Outlaw advance SoB, and if there is no official source, do you think it should?

By RAW, no, but I'd probably allow it.
