BlackRequiem 02-05-08, 05:26 PM	Ok let's say I've got Defensive Throw, Karmic Strike and Double Hit. I take the Karmic Strike penalty and then go on full defense with Combat Expertise. My opponent attacks me and hits; my quandry is that which of these comes into play? Do I get the AoO on the target from Karmic Strike as well as the Trip from Defensive Throw and finally an offhand attack with Double Hit?
jaelis 02-05-08, 09:23 PM	You get defensive throw when your opponent misses you, and karmic strike when he hits. So you would never trigger both at the same time. Double Hit should work with Karmic Strike. Defensive Throw is a harder call. I'd say no because DT doesn't grant an attack, it grants a trip. Also, DT doesn't actually say you make an AoO when your opponent misses; I'd read it as a different effect that you need to sacrifice an AoO to use. (Also, I don't have the actual text for Double Hit, so I might be off base.)
