You would now have 4 ranks in jump and +6 misc to your skill. So if you want to know if it gives you a synergy. Then no. Since those are bonuses to your skills and not actual ranks.

Umm that would be +4 ranks, +5 misc, + Str mod for the jump. Acrobatic only add +2 while, skill focus adds +3.
