Mindolin 12-17-07, 12:20 AM	Deidara's tricks would best be represented with variations on the spell Exploding Runes, modified to explode based on proximity. Another way of doing it is simply ways of describing spells. Some of the Clay Bombs used by Deidara explode after reaching a certain area, or after hitting something, and that's just a Fireball spell. Use some of the Reserve Feats, specifically Fiery Blast. It's not powerful, but you can do it all day, so long as you don't use up your higher level spells.
Kyuketsukiouji 12-17-07, 11:45 AM	Sure, you could make it a feat if you make a Jutsu feat that uses ninja's ki abilities. There's no real mechanical difference to making something that blows up out of a paper tag wrapped around a throwing knife or out of clay shaped like a bird or who knows what else, really. Just have it be a Make Explodeystuff no Jutsu, and have it burn daily uses of your ki abilities to make it work. Small bomb 1 use, bigger bombs, more uses. That's really all there is to it.
