Double Wand Weilder:
Complete Arcane pg 77

Wand Expertise:

In the Scenero I am looking at
7 Wrl/ 6 Wiz/10 ET
Wrl - Complete Arcane
Wiz - Player Handbook
ET - (Eldritch Thuerge) Complete Mage

His Feats:
lvl1 -Magical aptitude - PH
lvl3 - Quick Draw - PH
lvl6 - Craft Wand - PH
lvl9 - Two weapon fighting - PH
lvl10 - (wiz lvl 5 bonus feat) - Double Wand Wielding - CAr
lvl12 - Craft Wonderous Item - PH
lvl15 - Master Wand - CAr pg 192
lvl18 - Craft Rod - PH
lvl21 - Wand Expertise - see link above

BAB - +14/+9/+4

Wands - 2 Orb of Acid CL 15 (15d6) (50 charges) - CAr

Assuming I have both wands in my hands at the start of the round.

Charges expended per round:
Primary: 1 / 1+2 / 1+3 = 8 Charges
Secondary: 2 / 2+2 / 2+3 = 11 Charges

Dmg assuming all attacks hit and no Spell resistance (orb spells come in all varieties so with proper knowledge checks I can pull out the ones I want to do max amount of Dmg) etc, etc

Die: 3 (three attacks per my AB) x 2 (wands) x 15d6 =

Min: 90 Max: 540

Just curious if its an actual possibility. Wanted to use it more as a finishing maneuver after the spell battle wears down and I drain the monsters/casters of their protections and either use stoney grasp or chilling tentacles to hold them still for it.

Second Question: can I use metamagic wand grips on each wand and take Maximise Spell as my next feat...Sure it'll take charges but eh, I have nothing better to do than craft wands...];-)

Sorry about being long winded...but I'd appreciate any constructive feedback.

No. Both are described as full round actions.

I'd let you take one shot with the off hand and your full BAB with your primary. I'd probably let you do the full six if you had Greater Two Weapon Fighting.

But otherwise, no. For Epic level, this isn't all that overwhelming. You are probably better off taking staff mastery...the Orbs would scale with your casting skill, and they'd give you access to more spells.
