I propose that characters with the dragonblood subtype (ie. through the Dragontouched feat) use their character level to determine the bonuses to their aura. Note the prerequisite for this feat is NOT class level, but character level (3rd), implying that the strength of any Draconic Aura is most relevant to the inherent draconic bloodline of a character, irrespective of whichever class this character pursues. The current description also should take into account classes that already offer draconic auras as a class feature. Maybe a Dragon Shaman would like to gain an extra Draconic Aura beyond what they normally would gain, but their class already offers superior aura bonus progressions. |
