| Arturius107-21-07, 08:53 PM | This feat states that you gain evasion against a dragon's breath weapon. Does this function like monk's/rogue's/ranger's evasion in the sense that you have to be in light/no armor or is it like the ring of evasion where you can wear whatever? |
| Arturius107-22-07, 07:44 PM | Anyone? |
| JadeSpider964307-22-07, 07:54 PM | the standard evasion ability has no "light/no armor" requirements, if the ability doesn't say that it requires it, and doesn't say something like "gain evasion as the rogue ability" then it doesn't have that limitation. |
| StevenO07-22-07, 07:56 PM | The CoC does say you should wait 48 hours between bumps as a reminder. Given the limited nature of this form of Evasion and who it is intended for I'd say it can be used in any armor. Where is this feat and unless is specifically restricts its use I'd definitely say any armor. |
| Arturius107-22-07, 07:59 PM | My apologies on the breach of the CoC. Dragon Hunter Defense is in the Draconomicon. The feat does not reference another class in the description. |
| Derren S.07-23-07, 07:07 AM | Imo the evasion should work in any form of armor. Otherwise this feat is rather useless as it only works for classes which are likely to gain evasion anyway (+ wizards). |
| Leilond07-23-07, 07:19 AM | Evasion has nothing to do with "armor" in general. Every time you gain evasion it is reported any limitation you have. The fact that some classes have some armor requirement for the evasion feature doesn't mean that everyone must keep those limitation |
