You gain all "Ex" Special Attacks ("SA" in the monster write up.) You do not gain any "Ex" Special Qualities ("SQ" in it.) You don’t get any "Su" or "Sp" (supernatural / spell-like abilities.) You gain natural armor bonus, movement modes, natural weapons. You do not gain "B" feats (or any other feats) and you don't gain racial skill boni. Clear as mud?
