| strenoth12-06-07, 02:50 AM | unless an effect says otherwise, or the undead in question has a particular defense or wakness against that attack, a damaging effect does the same damage to undead as any other creature. |
| Deschain of Gilead12-12-07, 09:58 PM | I've been wondering the same thing for a Scout build I've worked up. I believe dragonfire strike has to affect undead, etc. w/ normal fire damage, otherwise the feat is of dubious utility. In effect you're trading one set of immunities (no discernible anatomy, fortification) for another set (fire/energy resistance). That seems totally reasonable for me at the cost of a feat or 2, and it's certainly not unbalanced--there are tons of ways to sneak attack undead nowadays. |
