10-07-07, 02:13 AM At 1st level? How?? I don't think you could take it until you hit 3rd level, or unless you took a flaw with it, or your DM gave everyone a bonus feat (as you have used your 1 feat on Dragonwrought).

Other than that, yes, you could.

10-07-07, 10:49 AM Yeah, I forgot to mention I love flaws. Anyway, I am allowed to take Accelerate Spellcasting even if I don't qualify for it according to its prerequisite?

10-07-07, 10:55 AM You cannot take it... unless you meet the prerequisite. Or, you can do something like my DM does, and allows you to take it, but not use it, until you qualifiy for it.
