The 'cause overreach' ability gives you a 'free trip attempt,' does this count as your AoO for the round? Can you do this more than once per round? Lastly, does this trip activate improved trips free attack?

You don't make an AoO, your opponent does. His AoO counts against him, but not against you.

You can do this more than once per round but not to the same person (as each person only gets one AoO against you for movement).

It does not trigger the free attack from Improved Trip, because that only lets you act as if you had not done the trip, and Elusive does not let you do an attack.
