I know it's a whopping +2 damage to evil creatures, +2d4 verses undead & evil outsiders. It's just that Sanctify Martial Strike is more easily to qualify for while you're not going to qualify for the other until you're at least 5th level. (hit dice or combo thereof). |

A creature with both Improved Unarmed Strike and a natural weapon has to make a decision whether to deal claw/slam/whatever damage with their natural attack or deal unarmed damage appropriate to their size (1d3 for Medium creatures, aside from feats and monk abilities); both cannot be combined in one attack, and thus the two feats you mentioned would not provide stacking damage. Edit: Never mind, completely wrong. |
| Ogg05-09-07, 11:21 AM | It's not an unarmed strike. That's a different feat. Sanctify Ki Strike. This is Martial Strike & Natural Attack. Martial Strike just says "a certain type of weapon" neither feat says anything about an unarmed strike. |

Now that you've set me straight, I would argue that while the wording doesn't explicitly say so, I'd argue Sanctify Martial Strike is probably intended for manufactured weapons, so that there's one feat each for natural, unarmed, and manufactured. Just an opinion this time around. |
