| 3DJutsu04-13-07, 05:42 PM | I've see alot of people complain that favored critical is a bit overpowered, so i've decided to see if I can make a version that might not be so overwhelming. Favored Critical Pre-reqs - BAB +5, Favored Enemy Select one of your favored enemies, your threat range increases by 1, this bonus is applied after all other modifiers (thus a keen Longsword has a threat range of 16-20 against the selected favored enemy). You may gain this feat more than once, its effects do not stack, you must select a different favored enemy each time. EDIT: Upon closer inspection of this feat, what is so overpowered about it? It increases your threat range againt a single favored enemy, not all of them. And it can't be taken more than once (I think). Having a threat range of 12-20 (assuming 18-20 nat range) isn't so bad if it's against one type of creature. |
