I have created a sorcerer and I have been using the Libris Mortis for feats etc.

Upon reaching 3rd level I will have dreadful presence, which basicly allows me to make a gaze attack to cause a target to be shaken.

Are there any feats or abilities that would allow me to move my oponent from shaken to frightened?

There are a few other feats that add the shaken effect, but I do not believe they would stack.

Any suggestions?

Not that I know of, but the idea is certainly interesting...

Intimidate/Demoralize Opponent from PH. (Use a longspear so you can threaten opponents further away)

The Goat of Terror from DMG.

Horned lizard familiar from Sandstorm.

Read up on fear. In general, fear effects DO stack:

"Fear effects are cumulative. A shaken character who is made shaken again becomes frightened, and a shaken character who is made frightened becomes panicked instead. A frightened character who is made shaken or frightened becomes panicked instead. "

The same feat won't work (same effects don't stack), but a different feat should push them from shaken to frightened and a third one to panicked.

well I already use a long spear, so I can threaten with some reach.

I will look into picking up the metamagic feat that adds fear along with my daunting presence. If these also were stacked with a fear spell I can immagine it getting pretty dangereous.

Don't underestimate that horned lizard familiar. As a free action, its Blood Spurt ability causes all enemies who see it to make a Will save or become shaken. The Will save is Constitution-based, or 10+(HD/2)+Con modifier. Since the horned lizard is your familiar, its effective HD increase with your character level and you can boost up its Con with spells and items.
