From RotW, the Deepwood Sniper has an ability...

Concealment reduction (Ex): When the deepwood sniper reaches 2nd level her miss chance against opponents with concealment drops by 10%. Thus, she has miss chance of 10% rather than 20% against an opponent with one-half concealment. Her miss chance drops by an additional 10% per four deepwood sniper levels she gains thereafter, but this ability never reduces her miss chance against any opponent below 0%.

What is the equivalent of this in 3.5?

EDIT: Actually, concealment works the same in 3.5 I think. So, if this is true, nevermind. Seems like a lame ability, though. How often do opponents have concealment?

Actually, concealment isn't all that uncommon, there are many spells and effects that grant it. You've never had to fight an invisible opponent?

Furthermore, if you have the ability to negate concealment, then you would naturally want to have it in place as much as possible. A friendly wizard that can cast fog cloud would be the shizizzle. But I don't know if the DWS ability really works that way... how are you supposed to be shooting effectively at an opponent you simply can't see?
