I'm trying to remember where I saw a feat, or even if I saw it at all or am making up a false memory. As best I can recall, the feat grants a bonus on skills you have no ranks in, equal to half your character level or somesuch like that. I don't believe it let you use trained-only skills you have no ranks in, and I think it was first-party material.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about and what book's it from?
