Here is what I have. I get an option of buy 3 feats with money and exp, cheapest if they have no requirement feats. I have 1 flaw.

As for weapon material I plan on getting abyssal blood iron, yeah its expensive but it grants +4 to confirming critical hits which works very well with power critical, and counts as cold Iron.

I posted this in the OP board and they were less than useful.

Can I please get suggestion as to order of the selection of these feats?

Human
Level 7 Barbarian

Plan on party going to 20-21.

Whirling Frenzy, Champion: Lion variants, city dweller for tumble and gather info skill.

Str: 18
Dex: 14
Con: 16
Int: 12
Wis: 12
Cha: 12

This is what I have planed. Suggestions please!
F- Improved Initiative
H- Power Attack
1- Cleave
3- Improved Toughness
T- Weapon Focus
6- Leap Attack
9 - Improved Bull Rush
T- Jovar
12- Shock Trooper
T- Extended Rage
15- Improved Critical
18- Power Critical
21- Great Cleave

There are others I would take, be if you want to stick with these it's quite fine, my only suggestion is go with improved bull rush and shock trooper before leap attack.

Maybe true, but I forgot to update this, I just hit level 7. I already got leap attack sense I have a very high to hit for my level.

Haven't gotten my training feat yet though.

Can anyone please tell me if there is any way to replace any one of these feats.

What do you mean 'replace' : replace the one already taken? If so I believe you need to use the retraining rules from the PHBII.

Question : what is the 'Jovar' feat?

I think F stand for 'flaw' and T for 'training'.

I'm not familiar with any feature that gives you extra feats for training.

Its a home brew.

A Jovar is in the Planer Hand book. It is identical to a great sword except that it has a better critical threat range.

Abyssal Blood Iron is a VERY expensive weapon material that has additional costs to spell effects like iron, counts a iron for DR, and grants a +4 to confirming critical hits. Also in the planer hand book.

ah, thank you for the education.
i can see why it is so terribly expensive. i'm not sure i would allow it in good conscience as a DM given it has such wide applications and the DR disprecancy and all. but, to each his own.
we don't mess around too often w/ the Planar stuff save for the occaisional outsider and the like.
