Feat that gives ranks in skills? [Archive] - Wizards Community

If you grant actual ranks, then you can exceed the max of level +3 which means you can achieve certain Prestige Classes FAR sooner than intended.

There are however feats that:

1. Make a skill a class skill.

2. Give you a one time bonus of 5 skill POINTS, to spend as you see fit.

Note, the extra skill points can not be used to purchase more ranks than the standard limits allow

07-24-07, 01:47 PM Open Minded, a general feat from the Expanded Psionics Handbook. I think it is in another book also, but I can't recall off the top of my head.

07-24-07, 02:50 PM Look in the Complete Adventurer between Open minded and Jack of all trades.... Both will do what u want.. OR just take skill focus....
