| Snaeferu04-02-08, 06:40 AM | hi, is there a feat that grants more class skills ? and if so, where do I find it ? Thanks in Advance:) |
| Nirenn04-02-08, 06:58 AM | I saw a feat in either PHBII or Unearthed Arcana that allowed you to take any skill as a class skill |
| Snaeferu04-02-08, 07:29 AM | mmm, I've checked those two books but haven't been able to find any thing like it....do you have a name for the feat ? |
| betrayor04-02-08, 07:52 AM | The feat you are looking for is called skill knowledge and it is found in unearthed arcana page 81. It can also be found in srd see link below http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/buildingCharacters/alternativeSkillSystems.htm#skillKnowled ge |
| Mr_Teapot04-02-08, 11:31 AM | Depending on the skill you want, there are other feats available. Did you have a specific skill you were trying to acquire? The City Slicker (Races of Destiny) feat gets you Gather Info and something else (Knowledge local?). The Education feat (listed in the feat index as in Eberron CS and Forgotten realms CS) gets you all Knowledge skills. Martial Study (Tome of Battle) gets you one of Diplomacy, Balance, Intimidate, Concentration, Jump, Sense Motive and maybe one or two more. |
| Snaeferu04-02-08, 01:25 PM | I was looking for a Feat that would allow me to pick 4 skills as class skills (Search, Spot, Disable Device and Open locks) for the bard part of my rogue 1/bard X character build...it can easily be done with the human only feat "able learner" but I was looking for a more interesting race to play :D Thank you for your help |
| ciaran04-03-08, 09:34 AM | Unearthed Arcana has one where you pick two, but its associated with a variant set of rules for skills. |
| Pandapeep04-03-08, 03:02 PM | There is also that human only feat that allows a one for one sill point spending on all cross class skills. |
| Spikes01k04-03-08, 11:54 PM | There is the web enhancement for the city scape that allows you to trade off some skills for others. You might want to check it out. |
| Grovel_hits_it_yes04-05-08, 08:58 PM | There is also a feat that lets you have 5 skill points. Though I can't remember what book it's in. |
