If I wanted to make a Gnome Fighter/Druid, but didn't want to level them evenly (say Level 2 Fighter, Level 5 Druid) is there a feat available that I could take at Level 1 (or higher) that would negate the XP Penalty for me?

I seem to remember seeing it in a supplement, but I can't remember where.

Thanks in advance to all the great sages on this site. :D

Think it was UA that has a feat called "Extra Favored Class", make druid or fighter your FC and it's all settled.

I'd ask your DM first. On one hand, plenty of DMs object to "dipping", and wouldn't allow the UA feat even though one does exist, particularly as Fighter 2 is one of the classic dips. On the other hand, many other DMs generally consider multiclass restrictions to serve no balance purpose, and discard it as unnecessarily restrictive drek that's been grandfathered into the game. In which case, you probably won't need a feat at all.
