Is there a Feat that would allow special abilities of the new form? Supernatural? Spell-Like? etc?

There is a psionic feat called metamorphic transfer that gives you one ability of the creature you assume.

But, other than that, there is no feat that does this. That is WAY too powerful an ability for one feat. Metamorphic Transfer has some hefty prereq's as far as level and everything. And that is only for one ability. A limited version of that ability, to boot.

There are feats grant you the special ability of a creature you can transform into.

You do things like take the Blindsight feat and get blindsight, but you need to have been able to transform into a dire bat.

There is no feat to my knowledge that lets you get ALL of the EX abilities of any creature you turn into.

The most general one is Beast Shape which grants you all of the EX and SU abilities but only when you Wild Shape into a single specific animal, that is your "Totem".
