today my DM tell me create a feat for my monk, so i think and it comes in mind the dempsey roll (you know if see hajime no ippo)

Dempsey roll [General]

Prerequisites : concentration 8 ranks, mobility ,flurry of blows, dex 15

Benefit: you stand and make the 8 form with your upper part of your body, these takes 1 full turn, and in the next turn you release the power of your limbs,
making a total of 3 flurry of blows in direction of the face, each hit add +1 to attack for the tremendous power of each fist.
The Dempsey Roll can be stopped, you have to being hit and have to make a concentration check (DM tell the DC).
if you think is something wrong tell me i want to perfect this feat for my monk.
sorry for my bad english.
here is the link to see a gif of dempsey roll.
I forgot to say somethign important the times you can make the dempsey roll are equal to your half level +1

Nix the Flurry of blows prereq, and make it a fighter feat also.

Frankly, this is a pretty bad feat. You give up your turn for the chance to make three attacks on your next turn. Even for a low level monk, that's trading four attacks for three, and if you had taken Weapon Focus instead, you would have the +1 bonus on all your attacks. Even worse, if your opponent simply moves away, you don't get any attacks at all!

Here's a beefier version:

Dempsey Roll [General]

You have learned how to use a powerful stance, the 8-form. You can unleash this stance in a torrent of blows upon your opponent.

Prereqs: Concentration 8 ranks, stunning fist, flurry of blows ability.

Benefit: You can enter the 8-form stance as a full round action that does not provoke an attack of opportunity. When you do, select one opponent that you currently threaten. If you still threaten that opponent on your next turn, you may attack him a number of times equal to your base attack bonus. These attacks are at your full base attack bonus, minus any penalty you have for your flurry of blows. The attacks must be made with a special monk weapon, and you add one-half your Strength bonus to damage with each. After the attacks, you are no longer in the 8-form stance.

If you take damage while in the 8-form stance, you must make a Concentration check with a DC of 10+(damage taken) to maintain it. If you do not take your attacks, you can maintain the stance as a full round action, and you can change the targeted opponent as a free action on your turn.

Using this ability expends one daily use of your Stunning Fist feat.
