Are there any Feats (or Flaws) or other effects that Increase or Decrease a creature's Size? The clossest thing I can think of is the Vile Feat that increases your reach, but I was currious about an accual chance in Size category.

Non-WoTC is excepted, but please mention the source.
Thanks!

Not that I know of, but you can use the spell Permanency to make Reduce and Enlarge Person permanent.

Right out of the PHB.

No feat, as it would be slightly unbalanced. The vile feat that grants reach is almost there. It works because it's vile though.

Make a regional feat for each. Read the DMG page 171 and on to determine what stats to change when applying these feats. It can make the creature fully playable and balanced with some forethought. 173 has a table on what to penalize when you add to stats.

I suggest penalizing stats because when you increase the size category you also increase strength. When you lose a size category, you lose strength (and so should be given a bonus to an alternate stat).

Jotenbrud + Vile almost covers all the attributes of being one size category larger. (Powerful Build + Reach) You still only occupy one square (if medium) and your carrying capacity doesn't double.

Add Monkey Grip and you can wield large weapons also.

Edit: Using flaws from Unearthed Arcana you can get 2 of the 3 feats to start with plus a feat for being level 1 so it will almost be like being large from the beginning. Of course you won't qualify for feats or prestige classes that require you to be large.

I thought there was a Small feat/flaw, not sure what the name was.

Jotenbrud + Vile + Natural heavyweight
Count as large whenever that is an advantage (opposed checks for the like)
Reach
Double carriage capacity.

The Weresheep Flaw (Commoner), from Dragon Magazine #330, pg 87, allows you to become (surprise) a sheep, which I assume is Small. Of course, every 'monster' will attack you in this form and its hybrid, and God only knows what a DM will consider a 'monster.'
