If I have feats that augment a critical, such as charge feats with a lance. lets so I get the x3 for charging with a lance and I crit and it has a x3. I know it doesn't just times the 3 but adds a multiplier. My question is how much. Just one? If so then does a x2 also add just one or a x4?.

You need to follow the rules of Multiplying PHB page 304 or Rules Compendium page 5. In the case of a lance using spirited charge and getting a critical the damage is x5.
