So I'm trying to make a smooth-talker kind of character, one that specializes in bluffing, diplomacy, intimidation and a little disguise.

Other than the relevant skill focus feat and obvious feats like Persuasive and what not from the core books, are they any lesser known feats (from sources like the Dragon Magazine) that could also be useful?

Edit: wow, that is a hideous typo in the title!

You can edit the title if you click the "Go Advanced" button in the edit menu.

Off the top of my head...

Nymph's Kiss (Book of Exalted Deeds): +2 on all Charisma-based checks, must be Exalted Good.

Sacred Vow (Book of Exalted Deeds): +2 to Diplomacy, must be Exalted Good.

Vow of Peace (Book of Exalted Deeds): +4 to Diplomacy, must be Exalted Good and must never deal lethal damage to living creatures.

Nimbus of Light (Book of Exalted Deeds): +2 on all Charisma checks with Good creatures (I may have this one wrong).

Moradin's Smile (Races of Stone): +2 on all Charisma-based skill checks, must be a dwarf.

Cosmopolitan (Player's Guide to Faerun?): +2 on one skill, makes it permanently a class skill.

Complementary Insight (Races of Destiny): Increase synergy bonuses to +3, must be a half-elf. Particularly useful for Diplomacy, though some skills like Gather Information get a boost too.

Marshal (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20030906b): Motivate Charisma Aura (Miniatures Handbook): Add your Charisma bonus to all Charisma-based checks that allies make within 60 ft. As you count as an ally, you effectively get your Charisma bonus added twice to any relevant roll.

Dragon #315 has some interesting feats. Here's a couple:

Smooth Talk - make full-round Diplomacy checks at a -5 penalty.

Renowned Courtesan - Huge feat. Lets you 1) make Diplomacy checks on others' behalf, 2) "inspire love and devotion" *wink*, and 3) create a single-target Bless or Bane effect on a creature.

You also might want to check out the PHB II or Complete Scoundrel; they both have expanded Cha skill options.
