10-08-07, 02:46 PM I’m playing a spellwarped creature that derives great power from successfully resisting spells. What are some feat options to improve Spell Resistance?

I know about Exalted Spell Resistance out of BoED. I was pretty sure I'd seen a similar evil variant that required evil alignment and gave a +2 bonus to SR against all effects. Does anyone else recall that one or know the source?

I know about the vest in DMG2 and am saving for that one already too.

Are there other feats that improve spell resistance? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

10-08-07, 02:58 PM The evil version of Exalted Spell Resistance does indeed apply to all effects (not just 'good' effects or effects originating from good creatures), and is found in the Book of Vile Darkness.

If you're dead-set on cramming in every last crumb of cheese, there's aslo Awaken Spell Resistance from the Draconomicon, though you'll have to find a way to pick up the Dragon type or the Dragonblood subtype. (I believe this one works, but it's been a while since I've read it and I don't have my books on me at the moment, so check it to be sure before using it)

Duh, I didn't think to check there. Thanks.

True Dragon only and is based off racial hit dice, or +2 to SR if you already have racial based SR. Good feat, but not for me. Thank you again for the suggestion though.

I'm really suprised there isn't a simple +2 to SR feat, or even a stackable +2 to SR feat.
