| Shadowfax706-16-07, 10:41 AM | I know I have seen feats to improve the Demoralize Opponent action of the Intimidate skill, specifically one to make it a move action ?? Anyone know of these feats and where they are ?? I am aware of the Skill Trick: Never Outnumbered. |

This intimidate lasts the entire encounter and not one round. --Just thought of something. Could you apply Never Outnumbered to the Intimidate roll required for Intimidating Strike and cause all opponents that can see you within 10ft to be shaken for the encounter? |
| Shadowfax706-16-07, 05:46 PM | Intimidating Strike is a good feat, but is the Intimidate check that you get after a successful attack a free action or a standard action like demoralize an opponent (which then would have to be done next round). --Just thought of something. Could you apply Never Outnumbered to the Intimidate roll required for Intimidating Strike and cause all opponents that can see you within 10ft to be shaken for the encounter?I would say no, as Never Outnumbered specifically states "when you use Intimidate to demoralize an opponent", not just an Intimidate check. maybe I am going crazy, but I thought there was a FEAT which made Intimidate to demoralize an opponent a move action ?? |
| Deathmond06-16-07, 05:51 PM | If your attack hits, you make the intimidate check then. You've still used a standard action, but you got an attack and it lasts the entire encounter. -So really, unless you have some way of getting an extra move action, you've just gotten the same number of attacks on the opponent that round as you would have if you could use Intimidate as a move action. Though, next round you get all the benefits of using intimidate instead of taking another move action. |
