Unapproachable

Prerequisites: Dex 13, Int 13, Combat Expertise, Dodge, Mobility, Spring Attack, Combat Reflexes, Improved Initiative, Whirlwind Attack

Benefit: Attacks on you provoke attacks of opportunity

Training

Benefit: On levels where you do not gain feats or a class ability, you may spend one week and 1000gp, or the prevailing price to learn one feat that you meet the prerequisites for. You must find a trainer capable of training you in that specific feat, by having that same feat themselves.

Unapproachable is ridiculously overpowered.

As is training.

I don't like unappraochable. However if you increased the gold pirce and maybe added a small xp cost, training would be ok.

Training is absolutely ridiculous. A cleric can gain a feat at every level past one!

Nice Epic feats!
(Assuming that Training only lets you get non-epic feats)

To make them non-epic, try the following:

Unapproachable= Robilar's Gambit/Karmic Strike, your choice.

Training =
Fighter is now a favored class for you. You may take levels in it without an XP penalty. (i.e. you get fighter bonus feats)

I would make it limited to feats that have absolutely no prerequisites, up the cost, and include gaining a new level of spells (but not extra spells/day) as a class feature. And I would make some sort of check where you see if there is even someone available that week that can train you.

Unapproachable is fine. Robiliar's Gambit already does the same thing, but with lower prereqs and a drawback.

Training (and any mechanism like it) is overwhelmingly broken.
