Think about this, please. It must be obvious to you that there's something wrong with the idea. One feat that gives you many more feats?

Now, there is a variant class feature in Unearthed Arcana for Rogues to replace sneak attack (entirely!) with Fighter bonus feats. You can read about it here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#rogue).

I seriously doubt there is one feat that will give you 11 more feats.

However, you can use a normal feat to pick up most of the "fighter bonus feats" on a one-for-one basis.

Probably the feats he is thinking of are Daring Warrior and Martial Stalker from Complete Scoundrel. Like many of the other class-combo feats (Swift Hunter, Daring Outlaw, etc) they are meant to make fighter levels and Swashbuckler or Ninja levels stack for certain class features.

The problem is, the fighter's only class feature is his feats.

Although the writer did design the feats to make fighter and swashbuckler or fighter and ninja levels stack for bonus feats and Grace/Dodge Bonus or Ki pool, respectively, the editors at WotC recognized the imbalance of a Fighter 4/Swashbuckler 16 spending 1 feat to gain 8 feats, and thus dropped the fighter bonus part of the feat to merely qualifying for feats with a requisite number of fighter levels.

Thus, a Swashbuckler 16/Fighter 4 with Daring Warrior, on top of the things a "normal" Swash 16/Fighter 4 would get, gains the Grace and Dodge abilities of a 20th level Swashbuckler, and qualifies for fighter-only feats as if he were a Fighter 20.

Basically, this is a case of the fighter getting shafted solely because his only class feature is feats.

Compare the above to the Daring Outlaw feat from the same book. A Rogue 3/Swashbuckler 17 gains the Grace and Dodge abilities of a 20th level Swashbuckler, and the Sneak Attack abilities of a 20th level Rogue. That's right, you end up with a "20-level class" that gives you +19 BAB, 17d10 + 3d6 HD, BSB's of F+11, R+8, W+6, almost all of the Swashbuckler class features and +10d6 Sneak Attack.

Now, if you believe the aforementioned Sneak Attack Fighter varient and Feat Rogue varient from Unearthed Arcana to be equally balanced with the normal Fighter and Rogue, equally exchanging his 11 bonus feats for +10d6 Sneak Attack, or vice versa, then the Daring Warrior feat should grant the bonus feats of the fighter.

But then, there is an inherent imbalance to 1 feat granting you 8 bonus feats. Fighter 4/Swashbuckler 16 would be the new "Fighter 20," with more class features, and more skill points to boot.

So, as I said before, it is a case of the fighter getting shafted because he was a poorly designed class from the start, with bonus feats being his only class feature.

(Note, I'm not saying the editing decision to reduce the benefit of the feats on the fighter side is a bad one - there is imbalance in 1 feat granting more than 1, or possibly 2 (crappy) feats.)
