I know you would get the added cold damage, but when would the 1 round of ice on the floor occur? During the first round of the spell? The middle of the spell's duration? The end of the spell's duration? It doesn't state what happens if the spell lasts longer than a round (or instantaneous, as I think they intended this feat for). |
