05-15-07, 08:43 PM Yes, flyby attack provokes attacks of opportunity. You need the Improved Flyby Attack (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/epic/feats.htm#improvedFlybyAttack) feat to avoid them.

Dive attacks are listed in the MM glossary, and in the SRD, under Movement Modes (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/specialAbilities.htm#movementModes)
